How do we calculate the size?

Your size is identified by considering the greater value between weight and actual size (weight and volume).

For national shipments the volume weight is calculated with the following formula: [Width(cm) x Height(cm) x Depth(cm)] / 4000

For international shipments, however: [Width(cm) x Height(cm) x Depth(cm)] / 5988

Please note that the service you are purchasing is operated by a GLS Group franchisee.
